IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PAYMENTS TERMS, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE THE PAYMENT SERVICES.

This Payments Policy is solely intended to apply to the Advertising Packages and Ad Promotion options as available to users of LocatorZONE.

Please note, all fees paid for Packages and/or Ad Promotion are non-refundable.

The Payment Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any use of the Payment Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By using the Payment Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

LocatorZONE does NOT store sensitive credit/debit card information in its database. All information is sent via API by an SSL protected protocol in an encrypted fashion for processing by Jamaica National Bank. (Or in the case of PAYPAL, you will be directed to that 3rd party website and fall under their payment terms.)
